Welcome to Hywel Anthony

A fresh, professional approach to selling your home.

You will find us in the heart of Talbot Green. I set the company up in 2014 with an old school friend. We both attended Y Pant Comprehensive School in Pontyclun, and our daughters have since followed in our footsteps.

All of our staff are local, knowledgeable and approachable, and above all we pride ourselves on honesty. We are passionate about selling your home and take great pride in presenting it in its entirety.

Before we set up our agency we carried out extensive market research into what sellers and buyers want from an estate agent, and we built the service around the answers.

Testimonials

In our clients' words.

We were expertly and professionally looked after by Andrew Walls who provided us with a true world class service. The marketing of our property was carried out in an incredibly efficient manner with truly superb photos that all helped to sell our property the very same day it was put up for sale.

E. Starkey, seller

Great selling experience! Fees competitive, easy to contact, always personable and friendly, honest people and the receptionist Rebecca is fab at chasing around for info to help the sale along. I couldn't have asked for any more really

L. Wakefield, seller

Having recently sold our house through Hywel Anthony Estate Agents and consequently purchasing our new home, we found the service to be proactive, helpful and efficient. Anthony and Simon certainly know the market and keep the process as pain free as possible! Keep up the good work!

L. Lewis, seller

We were extremely happy with Hywel Anthony from start to finish. They were the most competitive with their rates and provided a very personal service. No matter who we spoke to in the office, they all knew exactly what point we were at in our sale, making the process so much easier. They kept us informed right the way and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. Nothing was too much trouble. I would most definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others. Thanks for everything you did for us!

K. Dean, seller

D. Pritchard, seller

Thank you Simon and Hywel Anthony, you made the process of buying my home a smooth and exciting experience. Being a single mother I was naturally nervous about choosing the right home and your advice was invaluable.
